The first of two public meetings to gather input for the City of Port Jervis comprehensive plan and zoning update took place Thursday, July 27 at City Hall. Consultant Mike Welti of Barton & Loguidice gathered feedback from attendees on issues including housing, recreation, schools, public safety, downtown development and more.
