This was the fourteenth (14th) meeting of the City of Port Jervis Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Update Committee (PJCPC).
The meeting began at 6:05 PM. Mr. Murphy and the Committee went through the goals of the meeting. The goals included achieving a consensus to finalize the Comprehensive Plan, reviewing the zoning code proposed changes, and charting out the remaining meetings and public hearings. Mr. Murphy began his presentation using a projector and screen. Agendas and the notes from the previous meeting were distributed to the PJCPC.

This was the eleventh (11th) meeting of the City of Port Jervis Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Update Committee (PJCPC). Committee Member Kristen Trovei was absent from this meeting as was Orange County Planning liaison Jessica Ridgeway.
The meeting began at 6:10 in the Port Jervis Recreation and Community Center. The start of the meeting was delayed by a previous meeting that was being held at the PJ Rec and Community Center, which ended at 6pm. Mr. Murphy brought a projector and projector screen to display the meeting material. The aim of this meeting was to go through all of the zoning topics.

This was the tenth (10th) meeting of the City of Port Jervis Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Update Committee PJCPC. David Bavoso was absent because he was covering a municipal board meeting for his father.
The meeting began at about 6:00 in the Common Council Chambers. The aim of the meeting was to focus on the zoning code amendment tasks and receive feedback from the committee and the public. Mr. Murphy brought a projector and projector screen to display the meeting material.

This was the ninth (9th) meeting of the City of Port Jervis Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Update Committee PJCPC. Attendance was limited at the previous meeting (9-6-18) due to inclement weather.
The meeting began at about 6:00 in the Mayor’s Conference Room. The aim of the meeting was to have a draft plan completed by year end and a Zoning Code Draft Update by early spring. Mr. Murphy brought a projector and projector screen to display the meeting material.

This was the sixth meeting of the City of Port Jervis Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Update Committee PJCPC. This meeting focused on a review of the Comprehensive Plan Draft and the Zoning Plan draft recommendations presented at Committee Meeting #5 in April as well as a recap of the City-wide Public Meeting held in May. The meeting was attended by members of the Committee and the Barton & Loguidice (B&L) consulting team (see above).

The purpose of the meeting was the go over the main issues and concerns with the current zoning code. Members of the larger Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Update Committee and Port Jervis Building Department were present. The meeting was attended by members of the Committee and the Barton & Loguidice (B&L) consulting team (see above).

It also served as an introduction to the draft vision statement and draft goals and objectives that have been developed since the Visioning Workshop. The meeting was attended by members of the Committee and the Barton & Loguidice (B&L) consulting team (see above).
